Nina Levett produces ornamental patterns that can be transferred on (moveable) wallpapers, print, textiles, interiors and vehicles.
By definition the word ornament implies decoration: something designed to add beauty and meaning but usually without practical use in itself. We integrate Vienna's cultural influences in our work, e.g. the theories of architect Adolf Loos (who abhorred ornament) and Otto Wagner (who's minimalist ornamental building fassade of the "Postsparkasse" can be seen from our studio windows).
